There can be only one winner of the 2020 NPDL-TOC . . . Swag Design Contest!

Please submit your design ideas here for the official gear of NPDL-TOC 2020. Anyone can enter: students, coaches, judges, parents. You need not qualify to or attend the tournament to enter. Heck, you don’t even need to know the difference between a constructive speech and a rebuttal. You just need a creative flair.

Here’s the winning design from 2019. It featured an owl, like the TOC trophies (a parliament is a group of owls).
