About

Meetings of members are biannual sessions of the NPDL Legislature.

Meetings of members are open to all member schools. To become a member school, please register here by March 15.

Each member school may send up to two representatives - one adult representative and one student representative.

Meetings of members are used to discuss the major issues in the parliamentary debate community.

Meetings of members also vote on any proposals tabled via Written Ballot.

Meetings of members are further described in Article IV, and Article XXV.

If a student representative is unable to attend a meeting of members, another student from their school may be designated to act as the substitute student representative.

Proxy/substitute designations must be emailed to npdl.board+secretary@gmail.com by a school representative (either adult or student) or the school supervisor (head coach, club adviser, or school administrator).
